Anna Hazare's Wax Statue Unveiled
Anna Hazare’s wax statue was unveiled but it is not by Madame Trussards Museum in London. A wax statue of Hazare was unveiled Sunday evening in Varsoli village on the outskirts of this hill-station, around 175 km from Mumbai,
vowing the weekend visitors. Sujith Sukumaran, an acclaimed artist made it.
Anna Hazare himself visited the museum and donated the cap, he worn during his famous fast for the Jan Lokpal bill in the capital, and also his clothes for the statue. |
