IT raids on Mahesh Babu house
 The claims and counter claims on the so-called record collections by Mahesh Babu's recent blockbuster film Dookudu and Ram Charan Teja's magnum opus Magadheera have finally attracted the attention of the Income Tax authorities. On Thursday, the I-T officials raided the house of Prince Mahesh Babu and seized certain d! ocuments pertaining to his remuneration details. They reportedly found several discrepancies between the details found in the documents and the advance tax paid by Mahesh Babu. It is learnt the officials are likely to impose heavy penalty on him for concealing the actual income details. In fact, the IT raids were not surprise raids. The department has been collecting details on the collections made by Dookudu since the tall claims have been publicly admitted by the film makers. If the reports from IT sources are to be believed, there might be raids on Geetha Arts offi! ce and Ram Charan Teja house as well very shortly.  |
